Terms and conditions
Furnished short-term holiday rental. Version of 1 January 2026. The French version prevails in the event of a discrepancy.
1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the furnished short-term rental of the apartment offered by “Bienvenue chez Dada”, located in Damigny (61250), France, registered with the town hall under number 61143 000 000.
Bookings are made on the Airbnb platform, whose own terms also apply. This site presents the apartment and links to the listing; it takes no bookings and collects no payment.
Where these terms conflict with the platform’s on booking, payment or cancellation, the platform’s terms prevail.
2. Booking and formation of contract
A booking becomes firm on the confirmation issued by the platform. No booking is held outside that channel.
The guest declares they are of legal age and have capacity to contract. The property is let for temporary residential use only, excluding any professional or commercial use and any registration of address.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros on the listing, inclusive of all taxes. The total shown before payment covers the nightly rate, the end-of-stay cleaning fee, the municipal tourist tax and the platform service fee.
Payment is collected by the platform, through its own payment methods. The owner neither collects nor stores any card data.
4. Cancellation and changes
The applicable cancellation terms are those shown on the listing before payment and repeated in the booking confirmation. The platform enforces them.
Requests to change dates are considered subject to availability and do not constitute a right.
If the owner cancels other than for force majeure, the guest is refunded in full and paid compensation equal to 20 % of the stay.
5. Arrival, departure and occupancy
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out before 10 am. Any late arrival must be notified the day before.
Maximum occupancy is 2 people, infants included. This is the capacity registered with the town hall and may not be exceeded, even briefly.
6. Guest obligations
The guest shall use the property with due care and is liable for any damage occurring during the stay.
Parties, events and gatherings exceeding the stated occupancy are prohibited. Smoking indoors is prohibited.
Neighbours’ rest must be respected in accordance with the municipal by-law in force.
7. Insurance
The guest must hold holiday-rental public liability insurance. Proof may be requested before arrival.
8. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy. The guest holds the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability provided by the GDPR.
9. Complaints, mediation and governing law
Any complaint must be sent in writing within 30 days of departure.
Under articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the guest may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman [NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS — TO BE COMPLETED], or to the European online dispute resolution platform.
These terms are governed by French law.
